Naan Pizza with Zucchini,Llemon and Mint + Tomato, Cheddar and Mint

Sliced Tomatoes
chopped parsley
chopped mint

zucchini sliced thin
drops of lemon
lemon zest
olive oil
chopped parsley
chopped mint
salt and pepper

Mix sliced zucchini, olive oil, salt pepper
chop the parsley and mint, mix with lemon zest

misture a abobrinha fatiada, azeite, sal pimenta
pique a salsinha e a hortelã,misture com raspas de limão
coloque uma frigideira no fogo médio,
jogue uma colher de chá de azeite
coloque o naan,
um pouco de azeite antes de colocar
a abobrinha
deixe o naan ficar crocante, desligue cubra com a mistura de salsinha e hortelã
e cubra com um pouco de pimenta do reino.

para a pizza de tomate e queijo faça o mesmo processo, azeite, coloque as rodelas de tomate,
salsinha e hortelã e cubra com o queijo cheddar ralado.

Purê de Banana da Terra, Lemon Curd e Iogurte Grego

1 banana da terra bem madura fatiada
manteiga
mel

aqueça uma panela ,
coloque uma colher de chá de manteiga
quando derreter, coloque as fatias de banana, aqueça
cubra com água, 1/2 colher de sopa de mel
e espere ate que a banana fique macia.
amasse ou passe no processador para fazer um purê.
deixe esfriar


coloque 2 colheres de sopa do purê no fundo de um copo
e 2 colheres de sopa de lemon curd

1 very ripe plantain sliced
butter
honey

Heat a pan,
