Purê de Banana da Terra, Lemon Curd e Iogurte Grego

1 banana da terra bem madura fatiada
manteiga
mel

aqueça uma panela ,
coloque uma colher de chá de manteiga
quando derreter, coloque as fatias de banana, aqueça
cubra com água, 1/2 colher de sopa de mel
e espere ate que a banana fique macia.
amasse ou passe no processador para fazer um purê.
deixe esfriar


coloque 2 colheres de sopa do purê no fundo de um copo
e 2 colheres de sopa de lemon curd

fatie 3 a 4 folhas de hortelã,
coloque metade das fatias
e cubra com 3 colheres de sopa de iogurte grego

cubra com o resto de hortelã

Mashed Plantain, Lemon Curd and Greek Yogurt

1 very ripe plantain sliced
butter
honey

Heat a pan,
place a teaspoon of butter
when melted, place the slices of banana, heat
cover with water, 1/2 tablespoon of honey
and wait until the banana is soft.
mash or put in processor to make a puree.
let it cool


place 2 tablespoons of the puree in the bottom of a glass
and 2 tablespoons of lemon curd

3-4 sliced mint leaves,
Place half of the slices
and cover with 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
